Q: How long does it take for you to ship my order?

A: Each piece we offer is handcrafted just for you at the time of ordering.  In light of this, please allow 3-5 business days for processing prior to shipping.  If you need expedited processing and/or shipping, please contact us at support@complementaryshop.com with the subject Expedited Product Request.  Thank you so much for your understanding!

 

Q: How do you ship your orders?

A: We ship through the USPS with Priority Mail. This includes tracking and orders are typically delivered within 5 days after we drop off at the post office.

 

Q: How are your shipments packed?

A: Each pair of earrings is on an earring card and is packed in a small muslin bag.  Each order is packed with bubble wrap and tissue in a cardboard box. 

 

Q: Do you do custom pieces?

A: Absolutely! Send an email to support@complementaryshop.com with the subject Custom Request. Include the colors you're looking for, shapes, and any other information that would be helpful in creating your one of a kind piece.

 

Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges?

A: Due to the nature of our items, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges.  However, if there is a defect with an item, we will always make it right.  We stand behind our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases.
